I'm a professional drum teacher in Bristol, UK with over 6 years of dedicated teaching experience and more than 20 years behind the kit 🇬🇧

At 17, I committed to pursuing music professionally, earning a scholarship to the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama (2014-2018) where I developed expertise across diverse musical styles. My studies included an intensive focus on Latin percussion, leading me to Cuba for specialised percussion training and later to Rio de Janeiro for Samba studies.

Teaching experience

I began teaching in 2018 and transitioned to full-time instruction in 2022. Beyond private tuition, I work as a Freelance Music Practitioner with Bristol Beacon, providing 1-on-1 instruction across various Bristol schools and supporting ensemble activities throughout the year.

Innovation in Music Education

I'm passionate about combining traditional teaching with modern technology. I am currently developing PracticAI - a practice app designed to enhance student progress between lessons.
